Our fitness classes do not require pre-registration, however, we ask that you please check-in at the front desk prior to class starting. Classes are currently available in person and virtually.
You can view our fitness class rates and policies here. Please contact the studio if you have any questions.

Zumba
Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world.
Zumba Tone
Just add... weights! Zumba Tone incorporates the best of Zumba with a lightweight element. Maraca shakers add a fun new element and strength component to your workout.
Aqua Zumba
Just add... water! Take your workout to the pool with our Aqua Zumba classes. Enjoy this no-impact workout in the water.
Ballet Barre
Combining the benefits of ballet with fitness, Ballet Barre focuses on building muscle and burning calories. Light weights, thera bands, medicine balls and basic ballet movement at the barre are used throughout class. Perfect for individuals looking for a ‘no impact’ workout and challenging enough for fitness enthusiasts.
Bellydance Fitness
Bellydance Fitness is a core strengthening, glut tightening and cardio dance party all in one! Combining the best of belly dancing with stomach and leg strengthening, this class will burn calories, blast away the fat and tone your ‘core’ section and legs. And it won’t even feel like you’re working out because you’ll have so much fun!
Dance Strength
Take your workout to the next level with our Dance Strength Class. This amazing workout combines the elements of Zumba in the first half of the class with a strength training portion lead by a personal trainer for the second half of class. Burn calories and build muscles in the same class.
